It's called intermittent fasting I do this and stay lean all year round. It's basically an eating schedule. You eat for 8 hours a day and fast for 16 hours a day you can up it to eating 6 hours a day and fasting for 18 hours a day for faster results give it a try

you don´t lose weight in three days. you can pretty much "empty" your body and don´t put more stuff in but the weight will be back as soon as you eat again.

lol i lose 5 punds over night and gain it back over the day depending on your body mass, i´d assume just not eating anything 2 days will make you lose that bit of weight easily. but what is it for? are you being weighed and need a certain number on the scale or what?
