I feel like everyone trys to put me down when I try to lose weight. How to ignore?

I lost weight and kept it off for a few years, but then I got really depressed and gained it back. I'm down 10 pounds but I have like 45 more to go and I feel like people keep putting me down. "Oh you're never going to get anywhere like THAT [exercising 25 minutes a day. occasionally eating bread, etc]" (even though I have lost weight and kept it off while life was normal before, and small changes are bigger than doing drastic things, just slower and I'm fine with that) It really upsets me and I don't know how to deal. I just keep thinking and stressing and insulting myself. Advice?
