Is Hydroxycut a good and safe weightloss pill?

When it comes to dieting and exercise, I've always been a fan of "keep it as natural as possible". I take workout supplements, but that's either to be able to workout twice as intense or to take in the amount of protein that I need per day and that doesn't come from my diet. Otherwise, diet and exercise is the tried and proven method to either weight gain (in my case) or weight loss (in yours).

You didn't mention if you would be taken it to supplement a diet and exercise routine, so I can only assume that you are one of the many people out there who think it will just knock the weight right off you with no effort involved. This isn't the case and is why these sorts of things are called "supplements" rather than "replacements"- meaning you need to be doing other things alongside in order to see results ;)

As for diet and weight loss exercise routines, the internet is chalked full of information regarding these things. I'd suggest tapping into the power of Google or places like https://www.bodybuilding.com/ in order to read up and learn more about what you can do to help reach your goals. There will be many different opinions and methods, but this is because exercise/dieting is NOT a one-size-fits-all area. You will need to tailor what you learn to your own personal situation and goals in order to see the best results.

It seems like a lot but trust me, once you get into the swing of things it quickly becomes addicting. I've been a hardcore gym rat for about 6 months strong now and I'm only getting into it deeper as time passes ;)

I recommend the pills, they actually help, but not as much as the commercials would make you think. Basically, for every 1lb you lose, hydroxycut helped you ~10% of it. They caffeine version pills (which I used) are great pre-workouts and pretty cheap.

I would NOT recommend them for you though. You're already close enough to a healthy weight so they'd just be unhealthy. Exercise a bit more and don't ear like an as shovel and your weight will come off.

Is it safe! That's debatable. Keep in mind that supplements are NOT regulated by the FDA, and oft times they can very VERY dangerous and harmful.

My advice would be to lose weight the healthy, sustainable way.

Get more exercise. Eat real food, not too much, mostly plant-based. Do this and you will lose the weight.

I do not recommend any pills/drinks. They are usually just filled with chemicals companies try to sell as 'natural'. Stick with the good ol' formula of eating right and being active. Losing weight is a process. There's no quick way. Good luck.

The only safe way, is to eat less fat and sugar (maybe carbs as well), eat more healthy food like vegetables and meat without fat. Then plenty of exercise.

It's healthy and it works, but it's not easy.

I'd say that there are better means of losing weight as opposed to using pills. With the copious amounts of side effects, it is almost ALWAYS bound to end badly. I would suggest to just continue working out and going on runs in order to burn off the fat. And I would also suggest that you watch your diet instead.

130 for 5ft1 is a perfect weight.
