NO! Don't buy cheap nutrition products. @sid312 is very correct. More importantly, diet pills will not make you lose weight. They are simply stimulants and diuretics. They make you lose water but do little for fat. They can give you a heart attack.

Use this link. It is VERY sensible diet advice. Eat more protein, almost no carbohydrates (sugars and starches). Take a multivitamin daily. Go to a gym, do short burst exercises. Not long long bouts on a tread mill. (That will eventually work but it makes your body hoard fat. If you do short burst exercises you burn fat and as long as you are eating protein, you will build muscle). I wouldn't. I've come to the conclusion via the School of Hard Knox that you get what you pay for. You buy cheap and you get cheap shit doesn't work. Fork over for the name brand stuff or, better, eat better and exercise more. You are young and healthy, so get more exercise now before your body falls apart. Stop drinking soda or eating carbs or lots of fats. Drink LOTS of water; make it ice water too because it will taste better.

DONT use diet pills. They don't work, anyway. Notice that the label always includes, "To be combined with a healthy diet and exercise." It's the placebo effect. You think it will work, and it will, if you combine it with diet and exercise. But its not even the pill that's working. Its YOU.
Weight loss is 80% diet, 20% exercise.
Eat 1200 calories a day (as little processed junk as possible) and do cardio for at least an hour a day. Ride a bike, jump rope, jog, run on the elliptical, etc. Hell, throw in some weights, too. Just exercise for a solid hour. I lost close to a pound a day when I did this, and I kept it off. Everyone is different though, so you may not lose it as fast as I did, but I guarantee you will lose it.

Diet pills are the biggest scam. In order for them to work, you need to eat well and exercise, which is gonna make you lose weight anyway.

Go for regular walks/runs, preferably 4-5 times a week. Try to get your heart rate above 120 and keep it there. Eat well, low carb and high protein.
