Not true. You naturally measure a little taller at night than in the morning, but there is no direct connection between the two. During puberty, hormone activity most crucial to development happens during sleep, so it's possible that during the years in which growth accelerates, a correlation may exist. It would have to be significant sleep deprivation for that to be true, though. Height and body hair concentration are more dependent on genetic/epigenetic factors.
I don't know about the hairy part but it is true that sleeping makes you taller. It's one of the ways baby's grow fast.

I have not heard that and it's the most ridiculous thing I've heard today.
if you're on puberty sleeping more might affect your height and probably make you more hairy... so BE CAREFUL
