Do we humans have INFERIOR IMMUNE SYSTEM? interested in scientific discussion for a change guys?

Immune system plays important role in our life everyday and in every species, it's strength determines the chances of survival.
I always wondered how lucky we are to evolve in brainy species of primates. In jungles, disease means death for many animals and birds of a particular species and with process of natural selection only best genes are transmitted to next gen. We primates have became humans through the process of natural selection only.

In modern times, I observe that we fell ill so easily. Blame it to sedantary life style but I mean ask yourself , how many times we would have been visited to doctor for wide range of infection? Without failure of medical treatment , the result is nothing but death.
But due to our technology and wide range of invention of medicines and health care.. we end up surviving. Like this millions are surviving every month which made us one of the populous species on planet.
I believe there are only 10 % of humans who may have never seek medical attention until they become old enough to die.
Just take an example of ebola virus case in Africa ( There is no cure) where only 10% of people are capable of fighting viral infection on their own and fatality rate is 90%.
Just imagine, if we stop all man made treatment for cure, then about 60% of human population may wipeout in next 10 years.
Some people argue that majority of humans are actually not eligible to pass their genes to their next generation. But thanks to our brain that it challenges everything.. including adaptation and evolution. I am proud to be human.
