Unisex changing rooms, bathrooms, toilets, spa, sauna etc?

In Europe you'll notice that a lot of bathrooms, changing rooms, showers, sauna, toilets are Unisex and communal. Often with attendants. Nudity is Tcommon and run of the mill. There are usually attendants and people are well behaved and relaxed. This is more mainland Europe & not really in the UK.

Do you get this outside of Europe?

Heard that some colleges/uni in USA are unisex ( or co-ed as they say) communal bathrooms. Not sure if that is true as thought USA was not relaxed/liberal like that.

Not often.

Though the washrooms in my co-ed residence were mixed. It had originally been a pair of side by side residences, one male, one female, and at some point, they made one floor of each co-ed. At that point they had renovated the washrooms.

So the washrooms on our floor were large, co-ed. All stalls, and locked stalls on the showers. It... really didn't matter at all.

This was in Canada, but about the same I think.

I recall being in france in my early teens, it was a little odd using urinals as a 14 year old in mixed bathrooms O. o

I find unisex changing rooms slightly odd, same for saunas and showers, but to be honest, there's no real reason for toilets to be sex-separated other than cost cuts. Unisex toilets for life! But I haven't really seen them anywhere, as people like cutting costs.

It's not all that common in the US, nor here in Canada. We're a lot more conservative than Europeans when it comes to nudity and shared washrooms and changing rooms. There used to be some public pools here that had unisex change rooms as well as segregated ones, but there were problems with sexual assaults in them so they got rid of them.

You'll never find unisex changing rooms, bathrooms, toilets, spa, sauna etc in my country in Indonesia lol. East culture and too many rapist nowadays

It's quite common in Australia to find unisex showers and change rooms in swimming pools. Our school is one of the few that has unisex showers and change rooms. At the start everyone wore bathers and was very conservative, but nowadays everyone just goes nude, this relaxed attitude towards nudity has defiantly had a positive influence on me sexually. It isn't bad for pickups too cos u can check out the girl u like and she can check out u.

no this isn't very common in the U. S. some places have unisex bathrooms but they're singles so only one person is inside at a time.

I'm in United States and nope not at all, too many rapists here so I don't think it's ever going to happen.
