In all likelihood the majority of it will go away pretty soon, but you may always have it to some extent. I have the same thing from being even with the barrel of a big gun on a hunting trip, probably among loud noise exposure events. In that case, the really loud ringing went away by the end of the day, but the subtle ringing is still there (10 years later). There isn't anything you can do about any damage you may have done, so I guess don't worry too much about that. If it does stick around, you'll get used to it pretty quick (now I only notice it when I'm somewhere really quiet). The bigger thing at this point is if you know you may have already damaged your hearing, you need to protect it in the future. That means wear earplugs when you're around loud things, don't listen to your music excessively loud, and just generally avoid extended loud noise exposure. Hearing damage is cumulative, so the more you expose yourself the worse it gets.

It should go away in a few days but it is ringing because you have just suffered permanent hearing damage. No different than injuring something and it takes a while to heal except in this case your hearing will not recover to what it was before. If you do this repeatedly it is likely you will have the problem for more prolonged periods.
If you are curious look up "tinnitus" and wear hearing protection next time.

There is nothing you can do to make it stop. It will ease up and go away in a few days.
