I must admit, I think there is weird hype about it, which really annoys me. So I sometimes feel, these girls do it, to be cool.
But: me trying to stretch myself, shows me how much work, effort and strength is in those perfectionist poses. These pictures on the internet always look much more effortless than it is.
As long, as someone does it really well, or is doing it for a good reason (not just to make stupid poses on instagram) I think it's very good.

Its good - my mum's uncle always encourages me to do it. He does it himself and says its great
I practice some yoga. My sifu taught me one of the biggest secrets to martial arts is stretching. It makes you faster, more accurate, and more agile. Plus being flexible means you're less likely to get injured. I also don't lift weights, my biceps are big enough from toting chainsaws..
Hard as hell.. I can bench over 200 pounds but some yoga positions have my arms and legs shaking and sore
