Girls: Do your breast ache before/during menstruation?

Dang it, it always happens to me lol It's frustrating but that's when I'm like yup I'm just about ready to be in my P. O mood. lol Do y'all get the same reaction? I know it gets worse for me just before I start, they feel heavier, tender and ache. I just have to get used to it even though it's been years! lol I never gets old.

Strong tenderness of the breasts during are around the time of menstruation is a quite common and typical symptom (although not all women have all symptoms). I'd expect that something like pamprin and/or ibuprophen might help alleviate at least some of the pain.

Yesssss. It gets to a point where i can't even lay down on them and going down stairs is horrible. They also swell up. Yeah this happens to me like right before my period thats how i know im right about to get it.

They are much more sensitive and they get a little bigger. That's about it.

Used to like for more than a year, when my periods went irregular and stuff.
Used to hurt like crazy even if something (fabric) just brushes against it. Now since my periods are getting back to normal, my breasts don't hurt before my periods.

Luckily it never happens but I have terrible cramps and cervix spasms.

They get bigger and fuller and need massaged!!
