of course you do not disgust him. but you would want to eliminate one possible scenario that is him cheating on a more sexually attractive woman. please don't forget to maintain your weight and your looks, even though I'm sure your fiance loves you no matter what, at least maintain yourself, it's the best present you could give to your fiance. you'd want him to show you off to his friends saying "look at my fiancee, had a baby and still looking smoking hot!". if not for him, do it for yourself too. maintaining your weight and looks would help you to be confident again and you wouldn't have to question yourself this way.

Don't you want him to be happy? Us guys aren't too picky about the body of the women we love but to a point. Imagine you two live in a childhood fairy tale storybook where there were sorcerers running around and one of them turned you into a toad. He'll love you no less but he won't suddenly develop sexual attraction towards a toad. That will be weird. I am not calling you a toad, by the way. It was just an illustration.
So, again, don't you want him to be happy? Try lose some of the weight. Does not have to be exactly like before but enough to get him excited again.
I don't think you disgust him, but at the same time he's not as sexually attracted to you because you have put on so much weight. I know you have a kid now, but that doesn't mean you let yourself go.
