OK. Whether u are fat or not, if u think yourself that u are fat, it isn't good for you. As for me, all the people told me that I'm not fat. But I think myself that I'm fat. This thought makes me unhappy, in fact. I usually had many snacks although I'm not hungry. To be slim, I had stopped eating snacks and started doing exercises like walking, jogging and another small exercises. Thus, I became satisfied with my body. So, what I mean is if u think u r fat, start doing to be slim. Don't ask the other people but your important people. In this way, you can be happier.
