I've been rotating between going to the gym and running at least once every day for a little over a week. I was supposed to get my period on Thursday, and it still hasn't come.
My period has never been too regular, though the past few months it was pretty on schedule. I had all the symptoms of my period coming, like lower back pain, stomach discomfort, sore boobs, etc.. Could it just come a little late this month due to the stress of going back to school + working out a lot?
