Acne products! Help? Your recommendations?

Hello ladies (gents if you wanna answer), I have a question about products for acne!

I have acne prone oily skin.
I have used;
Neutrogena, Clean and Clear, Alba Botanica, Clearisil, Mario Bedescu, LUSH Herbalism and Grease Lightning, Dermalogica and a few other brands which I can't remember off the topic of my head. These brands just made my acne worse. I get the occasional cystic bumps on my cheeks, but break out more so on my chin, sides of my forehead and along my jaw line. I am thinking about buying probiotic tablets because I have read that those can help acne, and I am using the LUSH mask of magnaminty once a week for 45 minutes to an hour. I tried taking Biotin (i think that is what it is called) for hairs, nails and skin that was a nightmare. Do you have any tips for clear skin? Products you recommend? I don't want to spend too much, but if it is worth it then I will!

I know what's the acne most fond of, RADIATION, which generated by electronic display panel like pc, phone, tv., it will heat up anything it's touching and stimulate your sebaceous gland to expedite the grease secretion which will protect the skin from being hurted by excessive exposure. Once the hair follicle is jammed by over capacity, the grease can't be ejected, then will become cutin and trillions of bacillus finaly sprout out , infect, then acne. don't use any vitamin, biotin on your acne, these thing just nourishments for bacillus.
most people have this misunderstanding , they think if want the greasy go away, they have to clean the skin more frequently and mightily, which leads worse and worse. and they will find very obvious after the morning wake-up. whole face greasy and quite uncomfortable. the more cleaning, the more grease come out which the sebaceous gland think you need it to prevent the skin overdry. you have to do something to make the gland to believe that's enough,
i'm a guy that means i don't use products, but i suggest you move on to much more neutral and gentle type, and you maybe say this is my face, not yours, you don't need a guarantee to talk, yes, i don't. i hope this can make sense to you

Those acne products can be harsh on your skin because of all the chemicals. They might be ok once in a while but I wouldn't really use them all the time.. I've never really suffered from bad acne but my skin can get oily from time to time, but this is a natural remedy I've found effective:1 Rince your face with warms water, 2 lather some soap (bar soap) on a wash cloth and them lightly scrub your face. 3 Then rinse your face again with warm water. 4After that rinse your face with cold water or alternatively you could take and ice cube and rube it on your face. The logic behind this is: the warm water opens your pores, the soap cleans them and the n the cold water at the end closes your pores back up so dirt can't get back in. Do this in the morning and at night, also if during the day you have the opportunity, rinse your face again with cold water. don't have to use soap just the cold water will help for midday. The method I've provided is cheap and doesn't involve any harsh chemicals or acids that are typically found in acne products. Do this for 2-3 weeks and if you don't see an improvement then go to a dermatologist to see if they can find a better solution.

If it's that bad try going to a dermatologist.
Also breakouts have a lot to do with what you eat. Trust me my diet is better controlled now than it was a year ago. And my acne has been reduced a shitload.
The thing with acne products is that they always seem to make it worse when I first start using them (in my case) but after a few weeks they clear up a lot.
But for real pay attention to your diet and go to a doctor.

It's not that it's bad. It just makes me very self conscious with out make up. I eat so very healthy, lots of fruits and veggies. Lot of water as well. Rarely any sweets or junk food. Mine is hormonal acne and from having a lot of stress. I might just go to the doctors :/

I love the Neutrogena products because they contain salicylic acid. I also was at that one point in life were I was just trying lots of products that didn't work. I even spent a lot of money on the clinique system which did not work and I got an allergic reaction to proactive. What cured my acne was a product called Dalacin T produced by pfizer, this however was prescribed to me by a doctor.

Hello there I am not a lady but I feel I have valuable answers for you. First off (Diet) Cut back on pop and fruit juice drink water whenever you are thirsty. Sugar causes you to get fat, causes pimples and messes with your blood sugar it basically is garbage for the body. Chocolate is another thing to avoid. (Products) I recommend buying Red Eye Visine it takes the redness away, ice is another godsend apply ice directly to your pimples it causes them to shrink and helps reduce inflammation. (Sleep Hygiene) Change your pillow case twice a week if you have oily skin it seeps into the pillow. Hope this helps you :)

Don't use any of the products in advertisements or the ones you mentioned. most of the time they never work . Go to the Dermatologist and take prescribed antibiotics. Its a long term treatment for it to work. In the meanwhile you can use natural facial masks such as "fullers earth+lemon juice+rose water" mixture for the redness and blemishes to go. Topical treatments for acne never work. The treatment should start from inside !!

See a dermatologist. They can prescribe heavy duty mediation to help. My friend saw one and she saw quick results

may sound weird but check your liver and your colon sometimes acne is a reaction for inside ilness

Oxy pads work great, and try to drink lots of water and cut back on the sweets.

Honestly, Dove soap bar is the best i find. Rub it on a shower rag and scrub the shit out of you skin with it hard.
