Dealing with anorexia in college?

So my freshman year of high school I developed the eating disorder anorexia and I am now a sophomore in college. I have gotten way better at eating and actually love my body now. But how do I keep the body I love but still eat appropriate meals. I'm scared if I eat too much I'm going to get fat again. This summer I lost 20 lbs and I know that's not good for basically 3 months... And I live off campus so it makes it easier for me not to eat. I'm starting to see the signs of having this disorder and I don't like it. I wanna keep my body and be healthy how can I get rid of this disorder?
