What's your favorite way of preparing eggs?

What kind of egg dish is your favorite?

Scrambled eggs, Machaca, Migas, Hangtown fry, Basted egg

Omelette, Ham and eggs, Frittata, Tamagoyaki, Eggs Florentine

Boiled eggs (hard or soft boiled), Poached eggs, Eggs Benedict

Fried eggs, Bacon and eggs, Shirred eggs (baked eggs)

Pickled eggs, Smoked eggs, Steamed eggs, Coddled eggs

Scrambled or fried. I like to first cut some cubes of bread and let them be on the pan for a minute. Then break the eggs onto the pan. Spread the yolk all over the pan. Add some small cubes of cheese. Mix it all, and WALA!
