OMG! I haven't meditated in a long time!
When I was 17 I learned transcendental meditation and all my dreams became very colorful, vivid, and surreal!
I also never got another headache and my insomnia disappeared!
I really should start back! :)

Not really, but there are times when I just sit on my couch and listen to meditative music. Relaxing, peaceful melodies. Close my eyes and peace out.

I meditate on the code of Bushido before I practice and train in Niten Ichi Ryu. Which translates into two heavens as one or two swords as one.
i used to back when I would take Karate classes but,

I totally need to get back to meditation... but I agree it can be boring sometimes depending on your mood
I feel as if just drilling your thoughts for one minute is beneficial to your focus honestly haha

Wow!! So committed, that's awesome, and yes omg snowboarding is fun :)
I guess you could say that. I used to do yoga for an hour everyday, followed with an hour of meditation, but now that i have a baby i can't do that so its 30 mins of each 2x a day. I find it really helpsme stay in shape so i can continue to progress in my snowboarding.

What do you ponder about most of the time?
I really like to explore thought, why people are motivated to do a certain thing, what aspects of life can be enhaced, group mentality, decisions people make, atrraction, attitude of successful individuals, why certain people gravitate towards each other, the nature of friendship, what makes shit funny. Just a lot of stuff.
Omg that's awesome!! I think a lot about stereotypes and categorization. Like why do we stereotype people, like is it our brain just trying to stay organized? And we do it subconsciously... Or are we judgmental haha
