When I go to the gym it usually ends up being for longer than an hour because there's so much to do, but I only go like 3 times a week so I think it evens out to like 30 minutes/day.
Even when I go on walks they tend to be pretty long (2 hours or more). I tend to go big or go home
I try to do an hour every other day. I used to go almost everyday, but my schedule has been crazy lately and I'm trying to fit in what I can
I workout 6 days a week. 3 days of weightlifting and 3 days of brazilian jiu jitsu and muay thai. Bjj and muay thai are an hour each while weighlifting is typically an hour and half to two hours.
I run cross country for my school, and we work out 11 times a week for usually more than an hour, sometimes up to 1.5 hours each time.

at least an hour a day as well. I admit I slack off sometimes lulz.
I ride my bike to work (4 miles) everyday. After work i usually take my dog for a run on the beach (like 2 miles i think). On my days off i can either be found at the beach surfing or out hiking...
Biking, push ups, and crunchs daily. Sports on the weekend
None, at least I am eating healty, so I am not fat.
