Basketball players (preferrably bigmen/women)?

How to be a stronger post player I'm very undersized for a bigman I'm 6'0 and I'm a small/power forward I have long arms and a solid body I rebound extremely well i am not much of a shooter (I shoot 40% mid range and about 20% from the 3pt line l I'm a very good post scorer when playing someone whose not a very strong defender but when it comes to great defenders who are also bigger/stronger than me I can beat them with my moves sometimes but they wear me down does anyone have any ideas of workouts/drills that can help me become physically stronger when posting up/defending the post? Also the poll question is: based on what you've read what should i focus on small or power forward?
