What do you do when you have both hands full, and suddenly get a really irritating itch?

I usually try to fight through till I can't take it any more than I drop everything to scratch that itch.

I try to scratch with another part of my body. If the itch is in my face then I scratch with my shoulder or upper arm. If it's in my leg, then with the other leg. If it's in my stomach, then with the elbows.
If it's in my back, I'm fucked xD

Try using my elbows, feet, or whatever body part is easiest to contact the itch. If nothing is possible, dropping a few things or transferring everything onto one hand (if possible) is the solution.
