What is the best way to make my hair grow?

I want long hair for my graduation. At the moment is semi medium length. But I need longer hair for the hair style that I'm looking at. Any suggestions?

Hi I'm training to be a hairdresser and we've learned in college that you can't actually take anything to make your hair grow faster your need to have a good diet and exercise to boost your metabolism which will nourish your hair and scalp and help it grow get trims every 6-8 weeks I know people don't like to get trims if their trying to grow their hair but if you don't trim your hair regularly and you have split ends they will carry right up to the root and your hair will break I would also recommend you use biotin it contains the vitamins your hair needs to grow hope this helps

Apparently biotin tablets promote hair growth, I used to put fresh rosemary in my shampoo - a couple of springs, this is supposed to make it grow quicker too. I'm yet to try the biotin but read up on it first.

You can try biotin. I used to use it. I'm not sire if that's what was helping my hair or just that I started doing things differently. If I was you I would try hairinfinity you can look on there website and it loosks like it work's celebrities even use in. I really want to get that but I have to convince my mum.
