What could be possibly causing this pain?

Okay so I'm not on my period and this pain feels worse than my cramps are and the pain from that is pretty bad. anyways could it be because I'm ovulating. Like my fertile days end the 19th. I'm not constipated because I know that can cause stomach/navel pain. Any ideas on what could be causing this pain are very much appreciated.

I'm also having pain in my lower back along with the other pain like I don't know if they're related or not

I'm also feeling pain in my ribs and hips from the stomach and back pain

The cramps could be from ovulation but that doesn't explain the back pain. Usually when you have stomach cramps and back pain, that's an indicator that you might have a urinary tract infection. It would probably be a good idea to go to the doctor and have them check you out. They'll have you pee in a cup and they'll test it for an infection.

It's most likely ovulation pain :3 nothing to worry about. It hurts (I think) because your uterus is lifting up, in a way, which pushes against everything else.

Just for the record these problems started to come up when you started to have your period?

Well yes and no cramps during your period is like normal but I'm not on my period I'm like ovulating now I think. My apps says I'm fertile so I think that's ovulation so I don't think this pain is from the period

Have you had sex recently? Does it burn when you pee? Are you on any birth control?

I've had a sharp pain shoot down my leg before from ovulating. Could possibly be from that.

It wouldn't be ovulation, but if it's severe and a stabbing pain then you need to see a doctor.
