I assume you have tried medication to help with it? Consult your doctor to see if they can give you anything that will more specifically target it, but trying soup, crackers, stuff that is easy to come down and doesn't hurt as much coming back up might help

Buy some fresh ginger and chew on pieces of it (beware, it's a bit spicy). It will cure your nausea and give you a strong smell/taste to focus on.

By the way I had a rough pregnancy 3 months of non stop vomit and crackers seemed to help
