I'm already doing a 30 minute aerobic dance fitness workout each day and drinking 2 liters of water. I'm 14, 5'5, and weigh 109 pounds. I know that i'm not fat but i'm trying to maybe lose 2-3 pounds and get more toned or at least just toned (but not overly). I don't need any comments like you don't need to lose weight, you're too young, stop worrying. I really just want tips and I don't really need to lose 2-3 pounds it would just be a bonus. I'm currently a 32 B cup which is pretty small considering but i've been having a growth spurt lately and I don't want my boobs to shrink because I want them bigger. Any tips?
