I'm already doing a 30 minute aerobic dance fitness workout each day and drinking 2 liters of water. I'm 14, 5'5, and weigh 109 pounds. I know that i'm not fat but i'm trying to maybe lose 2-3 pounds and get more toned or at least just toned (but not overly). I don't need any comments like you don't need to lose weight, you're too young, stop worrying. I really just want tips and I don't really need to lose 2-3 pounds it would just be a bonus. I'm currently a 32 B cup which is pretty small considering but i've been having a growth spurt lately and I don't want my boobs to shrink because I want them bigger. Any tips?
Your boobs are still most likely growing you're still young and it all depends its mostly just genetics some girls lose weight and still have the same breast size or a slightly smaller breast size while others breast size gets much smaller. It all depends where the fat in your body gets distributed.

No way you can force your boobs to not shrink because it all depends on your genetics / how your body is set up. Some girls might lose to cup sizes while some will stay the same. No way you can control that stuff naturally.
