I've been on a weight lose mission for a year. It's been a nightmare, I've lost over forty pounds and am actually over ten pounds UNDER weight now. The problem with that is my stomach is still fat!! I didn't want to lose a bunch of weight like I have, my stomach and my boobs were even I just wanted my stomach smaller. So now that I've lost this much weight my stomach is still the same size in inches it was before I started my DD boobs turned into small D/C s ( depends on the month so far) and my butt and legs shrunk A LOT. Now my stomach sticks out WAY further than my boobs. I lost weight in all the wrong places, i was happy with the rest of my body, i look like I'm pregnant. And I have really big love handles. What can I do?
You can't "spot-shrink" certain areas, you can only lose weight all over your body. Genetics determines where you will lose weight and where you will keep it, but all you can do is try to tone your stomach by doing core exercises.

Everyone always asks this and it never changes. The answer is you can't lose just weight in one spot. If you want to lose weight, you need to lose it everywhere. You can do so by eating healthier and working out.
