How to get rid of acnes?

Some of the easy, natural and simple methods
of ridding yourself of acne:

Turn down the heat of the water when
you're showering/taking a bath, and use less soap.

Take a shower everytime you've been sweating
and wear lose clothing, preferably cotton, as it
helps remove sweat from the body's surface.

Was your face everyday/regularly.

Watch what you eat, and exercise.

These things should all
be pretty simple and straightforward. ^.^

You asked the right guy. Ok so look at my profile pic. I used to have HORRIBLE acne on my face. I was a moron and popped them and no matter what medication or topical ointment that I used, I would still get acne. Hardcore acne, I'm not talking the small stuff.

The best thing you can do is just keep washing your face and DO NOT POP YOUR PIMPLES, or you'll scar your face like me.

Yup... i know my dad told me that... so i never touch them... it far to think of poping them.. anyways thanks for the advice

What I do:
1. Eat healthier
2. Exercise more
3. Wash my face daily with loads of strong face cleaning products
4. Use exfoliator to get rid of blackheads and dead skin

Washing your face daily and thoroughly can be enough to make a big difference but it'll take some time for you to see a drastic change. If you're getting this from puberty then they'll be more difficult to get rid of because it's due to hormones but they'll ease up for you eventually.

Well I use to have it severely BUT it's way better now. What helped was drinking skin detox tea, relaxing, exercising, and vitamins for the skin. Yeah I know it's a lot haha.
Exfoliating the face once every while,
Toooons of water.
Don't touch your face unless your washing it

I have a face wash which exfoilates but is just like scrub but it actually makes the pimple worse!

For me, I pretty much only get pimples when I have dairy. Try being dairy-free for a week, and see if your skin changes. Look it up on google, "dairy cause acne"

I had very bad acne about a year ago. Go to acne. org and get the starter kit. It's great and it has helpedy skin so much!
Also, oral antibiotics help a lot such as doxycycline.

Wash you face with soap and water, stop eating so many greasy foods, hang out in a tipi

Go to doctors to get decent cream , wash face 3 times a day, change your diet and drink lots of water.
