I'm a naturally skinny guy. I always have been, and I know I always will be. So is my family, so it's in my genes. FWIW, I recently found out I have crohn's disease, so my body doesn't absorb nutrients properly. This also explains why I'm so skinny. I'm trying to get that under control, so once I do, hopefully I can gain weight easier. And a few months ago, I was really sick (not flu sick, but hospital sick) and I lost a lot of weight because I couldn't eat. I was about 100-105 pounds. My doctor gave me meds and I quickly gained back my lost weight. It took me maybe 2 weeks to gain those 25 pounds back. But once I got back to my usual 130, I stopped gaining weight even though nothing about my diet or daily routine changed.
So what can I do to gain another 20 lbs or so? I used to be very active with sports (even then I was super skinny), but once I started college, I haven't been able to find the time. I don't ever go to the gym, but I know I need to start. But how often should I go. I don't have time to go every day. And what do I do when I go? What foods should I eat? How much? What foods should I avoid?
Thanks!
