Please can you critique my workout routine?

Hello :)
I am a pretty active person in general and have been running for the past year but want to include some resistance training to build more lean muscle.
I'm 5"1' and after Christmas weigh in at about 125lb but usually I'm around 120lb. I want to get to about 113lb and get a more 'slender' look especially for my abs, obliques and thighs. I eat pretty healthily, am a vegetarian but use protein shakes after weight training.

Here is the workout regime I've made myself, please be critical of it!!!

Stretches
Bike machine - 5 mins - medium intensity
Leg press - 3 sets 12 reps 45 seconds rest - 34kg
Plank and side plank - 2 sets of each position - hold 50 seconds each
Seated row - 3 sets 12 reps 45 seconds rest - 14kg
Ab crunch leg raises - 3 sets 12 reps 45 seconds rest
Kettle bell side twist - 3 sets 12 reps 45 seconds rest - 8kg kettle bell
Bodyweight squats - 3 sets 12 reps 45 seconds rest
Treadmill - 30 mins interval 8km/h

Any tips greatly appreciated!!

Thanks for the replies. Just to add, I would be hoping to mix this up with some deadlifts and bench presses when I get a bit stronger and mix up the bike warm up with a cross trainer, I'll change up the ab exercises too :)
