I am extremely fed up with my body and I can't go to a gym (Not one close enough to my house). My entire family is quite heavy so it runs in the family.
Thank you.
Regular vigorous exercise is good for you, regardless of whether you lose weight.
That said, for most people who aren't endurance athletes, cutting calories is mainly done in the kitchen (consider that a 1 to 1-1/2 hour walk is the equivalent of a candy bar, and you'll see where most of the calorie deficit needs to come from). So don't think that lack of access to a gym means you can't lose weight.
As others here have said, typical weight loss is at a 1 to 2 pounds per week rate (depending upon body fat levels and tolerance for calorie reduction). Excessive "crash" dieting generally doesn't work, and can be unhealthy/dangerous. Patience is key.
1 pound/week = 500 more calories per day burned than eaten
2 pounds/week = 1000 more calories per day burned than eaten
To get an idea of calorie goals, online BMR calculators can be a good start, but they're only estimates. The best way is to spend several weeks thoroughly tracking calories, activities, and weight.
Because accurate calorie counting can be challenging, initial efforts may even seem a bit obsessive, especially to people outside looking in. After a while, though, you do develop a feel for calorie consumption. It's really all about habits (breaking old ones and making new ones).
I have struggled with this myself
My entire life. I've been as high as 350 and as low as 187. I got tired of fluctuations and one of my friends turned me on to a program called the 24 day challenge. It is a health and nutrition program offered through advocare. I was skeptical but decided to give it a try. The products are all good for you meal replacement shakes energy drinks and a cleanse. I not only became aware of my poor eating habits but also portion control. With a bit of exercise daily either taking a walk or yoga or some form of physical activity I was able to lose about 14lbs in that 24 days. Now with all of the knowledge of eating properly and not as much I've been able to keep going and am happy to say I've stayed steady around the 220 range. I hope this helps if you would like more info on the program please shoot me a message.
If you're not usually very active, the first lot of weight is so easy to lose. You can literally lose it just by becoming more active day to day like going more places, walking round the mall, walking round with friends stuff like that.
Combined with good eating of course.
If you're already doing stuff every day and going places all the time that involve lots of walking and stuff. Just knock it up a gear. Ride a bike to your friends house or to school and stuff like that.

You can walk outside in your neighborhood. Try for 30 minutes a day at a brisk pace for 4 times a week, EVERY week.
Start counting calories and reducing your intake. Measure/weigh your food to make sure you aren't putting too large of portions on your plate.
Stop drinking beverages with calories, substitute water.
Reduce your sodium intake.
You can't lose it super fast without surgery. You can sustain losing roughly a pound a week with a good calorie controlled diet and lots of exercise.
Thank you
Develop anorexia. It works.
Um yeah no.
