If you're wanting to lose weight just lose like 10 to 15 pounds, but don't do it by starving yourself.
Yeah. I've lost 5lbs in one week using intermittent fasting. I fast from 8pm to 2pm the next day and then i eat less calories than my body burns daily. Its the fastest way.
target 130 and see how you feel from there... That seems a good goal to start for.

125-135 is a nice range if you have an average build.
