And oh yeah, drink 2-3 litters of water a day. One more thing, you should try to aim to be 180 before you aim to be 113. Make your goals ten pounds less than you are at a time and not 80 pounds less. One more thing, I think your ultimate goal should be 120, 113 is a little underweight for your height.
