How to lose weight for hypothyroid patients?

Anonymous
Hello, I'm 17 years old, 5'4. My weight is 191 pounds. Most of my fat is located on my upper back and face. My measurements, 45.7, 43.6 & 44.8. I'm currently taking Metformin (Glucophage) 500 mg twice daily, directed by my doctor. Due to my busy routine I am unable to put my focus into working out as much as I would like to and even when I have time my anxiety and panic attacks do not allow me to do so. What do you suggest I do to help me lose weight? I am at a stage where I do not care how I do it I just want to shed these extra pounds off my body. My goal at the moment is at least 113 pounds or so. Somebody please help...

Dakota_The_Rota but these attacks usually come in college during a class because of the teacher. I can't go and walk. If I focus on breathing I miss the lecture. So I don't know how to go about calming myself
