I've been drinking lots of warm liquids, sipping soda, gargling salt water, occasionally eating halls. Im tired of not being able to o eat because my throat hurts too much
Lemon water helps for me, I try a lot of methods when it comes to more natural ways of soothing a sore throat etc, Lemon water has helped me but the things you have mentioned work, i'm not sure if lemon water is supposed to help but it has helped me the last few times i've had a sore/itchy throat, maybe give it a go.

Try eating some honey and/or put it in chamomile tea. If you really want to eat something eat soup.
