I have chronic fatigue syndrome. I literally pass out walking up the stairs. I use to be much more active but now it's difficult. I still try to run and do squats regularly tho
It used to happen a lot to me before due to asthma. But it went away last year so now I'm planning on getting a gym membership soon.

No, but I can relate to feeling less tired the longer I jog. I use to run 10 miles a day and the first mile was always the hardest.
