Is it normal to get irregular periods?

My last one was in october/november 2014. I always get it like every 3-4 months. Is that weird? And would it affect anything in the future?

every 3-4 months? somethings up there i reckon. u really need to get that checked out, unless you've already been on the pill or something, but if u were I'm pretty sure u wouldn't b asking this.
go to ur GP and see what the possibilities are. like getting it a month late can even be a bit of a concern at our age.

If you are stressed or not feeling well or if it has been only few years since you had your first period.. You could get irregular periods. There are sooo many things that could lead irregular periods so please see a doctor

you're irregular but that's normal. my ex was delayed for 3 months, 4 months, and the longest was 7 months. and now my current girlfriend, last year she was delayed for 3 months. it's not weird at all, stress causes this.

Yes for your age irregular periods are normal
i had a cousin who had no periods all her life
she got pregnant age 37 and gave birth age 38
but when your young it's very common

Irregularity is normal for some people. Ask your doctor about your future; they're the only one than can tell you for sure and give you good information.

I have a cousin that gets her period every 6 months and she has 2 kids. But, I would still get a check up. Periods can skip due to stress, poor eating and sleeping patterns also. If they're heavy and last long you might need to exercise too.

I used to have my periods skip 9 months and 6 months sometimes.

Speak with your obgyn he/she can do some testing to find out what's going on and why. Also they will get a better understanding if it is something that can affect future outcomes.

It doesn't necessarily means somethings wrong with you, mines irregular too. My doctor said its normal when you're young because your body goes through so much change. But Id recommend checking it out with your ob/gyn, just to make sure everythings fine.

You should go see one or at least a regular physician to discuss this. A friend of mine was like this at 20, she had pelvic cyst.
