+1 yI try to do a lot of different things, otherwise I would lose my motivation. Sports I have been doing lately: walking 10k, go to bodypump lessons (strength focus), lacrosse (very nice sport I just discovered), aerobics, squash and biking :) I think I do about 3-4 of those a week.

Im a dancer/acrobat with a football/gymnastics background. My main focus in performance on stage, but with it comes a good body. Usually train around 3-4 hours a day in the morning, with 2-3 hours of dance in the evening

I run everyday. I try to work out in a gym a few days a week... situps, pull ups, push ups kinda of thing. I like the endorphin rush from running. It keeps me sharp and definitely helps my sex life. What do you think?

+1 yI had been kickboxing for 4 years till last summer. Now I have no time to work out at home, so I only play badminton at school. This summer though I'll do pilates, yoga, hiking, squats, ets with my bff ! I'm mostly waiting for summer because I miss sports. :/

+1 yI'm working through a Jillian Michaels workout video. Trying to get to where I can do the whole thing without taking a break. It will be a while though lol. I also go to the gym and run every now and then. I've only gotten back into exercising recently so I'm working on consistency right now. Worked out Monday-Friday this week and am aiming to go for a run tomorrow so this is a good week for me :)

I had nothing better to do lol I'd do aerobics from 4-5, run from 5-6, abs/lift from 6-7, swim from 7-8, and do zumba from 8-9.
Now my class schedule only allows for 2 hours a day. - +1 y

During summer, spring, and fall I do a little exercises at home, like running, going for walks, playing basketball with family.

+1 yWhen I'm home (which is most of the time because going to the gym gives me anxiety attacks lol) it's Zumba, Active 2, and a Hip Hop abs DVD. And up/downs on the stairs. If I go to the gym, I run on the trad mill on incline, and do arms and legs.

Anonymous(30-35)+1 yI run 2 miles on the beach everyday once in the morning and once at night. I surf/swim whenever possible. I bike to the beach on the weekends (4 miles round trip). Hike when the weather is nice. And my job is quite physical so i suppose that counts too...

I train in Brazilian jiu-jitsu as well as working out on my own with trail running and basic body weight exercises (push-ups, crunches, squats, etc...)

@james687 I can tone with weightlifting because I enjoy it...
I do a couple of bodyweight exercises, and occasionally lift some weights. It's not nearly enough to do me much good - it's only managing to burn off the occasional calories from indulgence. :)

+1 yRunning, I used to workout when i was little (Grade 8), martial arts started when i was in grade 5, play footbul (soccer), freerunning, etc etc. Try doing the beep test every day if you want to be extremely fit.
