I think it's false bcoz its say u can eat fruit and vegetable as u want if u eat 6 banana a day forget about losing weight
There's 2 way to lose weight the healthey way and the ZOMBIE WAY u will lose weight on harsh diet but u will look like zombie not healthy
Healthy diet will take longer to make u lose weight but u will feel and look healthy
And when u on diet u will need multivitamin and b-complex bcoz u will not get enough vitamin plus u will need it to stay on the diet

Why not just plan to eat a certain amount less. - like deficit of five hundred calories per day- than what you usually with enough protein and minerals and vitamins.

Fruits and veggies aren't the only thins to eat. There's meat, dairy, carbs, healthy fats, and anything unhealthy add up to the actual calories

Its not healthy unless the 400 cals means at a 400 cal deficit. Dont go below 1500 cals. Those numbers better not be total cals.

Ok, I wouldn't suggest that diet to anyone. Losing 10lbs in a month is too quick, you will breakdown a lot of muscle too if you work out every day and not eat enough. So in the end you will lose a lot of muscle weight and run out of carbs/fat. I would suggest losing 2-5 lbs a month as its healthier. There shouldn't be a rush.

As long as you're eating 2000 calories a day. It's a fair diet. That means at least three SQUARE meals a day. As in, if you're eating just one thing, that's not enough
2000 calories is a lot, I'm only 5'2
Well, those facts that you see on things, you know, fat, sugar, etc.. all those numbers, are based on a 2000 calorie diet. You're supposed to have 2000 calries a day, regardless of how big you are. If you don't, you're undereating, which can use underweight
