Talk to your doctor about that. Different people might have the biological makeup that makes you lose weight differently.

Lots of water, right after u wake up drink a glass of water to start your metabolism. Eat diverse food.
I've been boxing as a hobby for years and it's the best workout ever.. aside from getting punched In the face there aren't any bad points to boxing!!
