How to become more flexible?

Okay so I've been looking at like pictures of ballerinas and such and I've become very interested in the way that they can move and I would like to be able to do that. I looked up ways to become more flexible but I feel like those excercises won't give me the result i'm looking for. I want to be able to do splits and things similar. Is there any apps with these kinds of exercises? (iOS user). Thank you!
