I eat supper at 7.30 and somehow I don't feel hungry at midnight!
Although if I WAS, I would probably toast a good looking bread and eat it with good seasoning...

I don't get midnight snacks. I have a stash of things like Oreos and fruit roll-ups next to my bed, though. So if I wake up and I'm hungry, I'm set.

I make some type of dish involving shrimp. Veggie Lo mein and/or spicy fried pickles. I'll literally wake up at like 3 am for something to chew on.
