I come from backgrounds that have very dark and thick hair but this is scaring me.

I have noticed more hair than usual growing around my breasts (and on top) and my stomach.
Is this normal?

You probably don't have anything to worry about! Hormonal changes can keep happening well into your twenties, and more hair can be a part of that. If you're very concerned, try contacting a doctor.
But chances are, nothing's wrong :)

the hair problem is really that bad.. If your dark complected

than that's normal for you to be more hairy

Your body is still changing from puberty, keeps changing until you are about ~25. I suddenly started being able to grow full sideburns and facial hair at 20. I woke up one day last year and my body had decided to now become lactose intolerant at 22. Your body is still developing into its final state of maturity, you'll probably have to get used to shaving your nipples more. lol

Natural baseline testosterone (androgen) increases are what cause the growth of body hair in general, facial hair in men too.
