As someone who keeps up to date on what supplements come out I can tell you fat burners are pretty much bogus and the only ones that "work" are basically pre-workouts advertised as fat burners. There are also cases of them getting banned due to problematic ingredients. I remember one getting banned because of the DMAA supplement and another one actually just got banned for containing prozac in it. So basically all these people were going to the gym working out on anti-depressants. In fact, many companies have put illegal drugs into their supplements so people do need to be careful.

This reassures the female that the male can protect her and her young and provide them with sufficient supplies.

I think most women are interested in having a baby with someone they're in love with. Maybe evolutionarily your build will give you some sort of advantage but if I was in a relationship with an ecto or endomorph I wouldn't be all like "Oh no he has the wrong build!" as soon as it came time to have kids lol.
