I don't understand periods?

We'll I haven't had my period for a month and a half. There is clear bloody discharge and the flow does not start. I do not have sex so I couldn't be pregnant. Why is this happening? Is this normal?

One time I didn't have my period for three months. It was because I was involved in so much physical activity, once I stopped being so active it started again. If your period is new, it could be sort of irregular. A month and a half isn't really anything to worry about. But, If it's been about three months and you still haven't had it again, I would see a doctor.

It is completely normal to not have your period every month, especially when you are young. Thing like stress and diet can throw off your cycle. You might also have a naturally longer cycle. Personally I have a period every 2-3 months on average.

Okay but the pain is there like cramping and nothing happens

I get pain sometimes when I'm ovulating. It could also be unrelated.

Well if you just started your period then it isn't always regular and it's completely normal. So even if your period was supposed to start a week or so ago it could be a little late. Bloody discharge is usually a sign that it's coming
