If you find a guy rejecting you just because your quads might be a little bigger, then that wasn't really a man to begin with.
I think the last thing any one of us will ever look at will be your quads and if they do, that's one of those things we don't really care about anyway.
Now if you had armpit hair, that's a totally different story.

The fastest way to atrophy muscles is through a caloric deficit and changing in the muscular demand from strength to endurance thereby forcing the body to change the muscle type percentages.
Do more cardio. Lots and LOTS of long endurance training that involves the lower body.
You cannot reduce muscle with diet, unless you follow a real unhealthy one. Be glad you have muscles with little effort. Most girls spend a lot of money and time in the gym to get it.
