Cereal is one of the most unhealthy foods in disguise. It doesn't matter what brand, it's full of unnatural substances and other names of sugar. Also , they try to make it appear healthy by saying it@s fortified with vitamins If one needs iron they should eat sources of iron. If one needs vitamin D they should expose themselves to the sun.
The best way to find if somethinf is healthy is to obviously look at the ingredients. If there a million things that you don't recognize and that you can't even pronounce, then its not very healthy. But I'm going to take a guess and say that Cheerios are healthy
Cheerios still have quite a bit of sugar by the way. Although less so. Consider some low sugar granola, straight Bran/Bran flakes, or raw Oats.
I love Bran and Oats as cereal.
Ounce for ounce, most cereals have less nutrition than the cardboard package they came in.

It depends. Protein I super good for you and if you're trying to lose weight or just be healthy, I'd consider Special K protein cereal :) it's sooooo amazing!
It's carbs and calories. And hidden sugars. It's not very healthy. I hardly ever eat it now that I a, super conscious of what foods I put into my body

If you're on a diet, it would be better to put beer on your cornflakes than milk. It's far less fattening. You'd get some nutrition from the beer.
