What do you consider "fat"?

I just want to know your definition of someone who is fat. I hear a lot of different things, and sometimes it blows my mind. Because someone could be a little chubby but some consider that fat.

You are fat when your fat content is above average for your age. Your gym can measure your fat content with a special scale. This is the only objective way to quantify fatness. You can use the BMI, but it is only valid for an average person. A very muscular, athletic female with a BMI of 26 can be very healthy and a tiny, unsportive girl with a BMI of 21 can be unhealthy.

Waist-hip ratio.
It should be below 85% for women and below 90% for men.
Above that, you're classed as "abdominally obese".
