+1 yToo light. Especially since you're still a teen. These are the years most important to you. Loosing too much weight can add problems to your health later on in life. You're still young, your metabolism should still be working pretty well, don't try to lose more weight. Sometimes a person just has big or heavier bones. You can eat less carbs, replace them with fresh vegetables and proteins to build a healthier frame. Do build a healthier relationship with food. Hope this helps

+1 yI am 5 ft tall with curves. At 101, I looked anorexic. I was perfect at 115. That was before having kids. My chest is bigger. My hips are bigger. 115 would be too thin for me now. It all depends on your height, shape, chest size, etc. Some women lose their boobs when they lose weight. I don't. What works for one woman in weight may be wrong for another. You have to find the perfect balance for yourself and be happy with it. Don't make drastic body changes for anyone else.

Asker+1 yMy medical records are the only way Im basing it off of. At the start of LAST years school year in August (2013) , I was 126. This years school year (August 2014) I dont know how much i was, but since Im a teen, i probably gained maybe 10 lbs in a year. Now I'm 108. But it still seems like a lot
Hi! Yes 108 lbs is very thin for someone who is not petite. I'm 5'2 so from that I would be ok. So at 5" you should be 100lbs then every inch after that you add 5 lbs more or less depending on height. So for you to be healthy you should be at 130lbs. But if you want to make sure that your health is ok I would check with a dr asap. But it also depends on other factors like dies and exercise and genes.

+1 yIt's fine if you're like 5'2. It's not so fine if you're like 5'6 or above. It all depends on your height.
A good gauge is look in the mirror naked. If you see your rib cage while standing normally with your arms to your side then you need to gain weight.00 Reply

Haha right? Guys who have little fat on them but are heavy because of muscle like players in the NFL have high BMIs. It is bs
It depends on your height and your body structure, but typically, 108 is quite petite. Be careful to not lose too much and be sure to nourish your body. :)

@ShaeNielson I didn't look up the bmi for her height and age.
People can list all the stats y'all want. They're just numbers. They don't show how you look, nor if its good fat/muscle or just bad fat.
Asker+1 ySo if it hurts to lay on my side in bed because my hips stick out, is that bad?
Asker+1 yBut why is it bad?

108 sounds a bit light for your heights but we all have different body types that the weight may work for. If you are healthy I don't think the number matters as much. If you're unsure you can talk to a doctor about it?
You're on the underweight side. Of course, it also depends on how tall you are, but for most women you should be trying to keep your weight above 110.
