How can I loose love handles and get flat abs in a month?

Personal trainer here. There are a lot of factors to determine first. Like your current weight, eating habits, health complications, BMI amongst other things. Need a lot more info. There's never an easy and accurate way to do it that fast unless you are already in decent shape.

Eat less and exercise. Whether you can do it in a month depends on how much you're trying to lose.

In a month? I'm not sure it's possible unless your love handles are very small! Tested and true plan, diet and exercise. You could Google what exercise to do that focuses on those two areas. Keep in mind not every person can build up a six pack, those abs are partly genetic.

You cannot force it, because you need low intensity cardio to burn fat. So don't know if it will be possible, but you will certainly get a long way if you also focuss on nutrition. Lots of vegetables and fruit, no unhealthy carbs and sugars, ...

Work out! Jog on a treadmill or outside for 20 min do ab workouts and eat healthy
