I asked my little brother and he said she is.

Not at all. You can see that her tummy is defined. She just has very defined curves. I think she looks great. I wouldn't personally want to be this shapely because I like fitting into tiny clothes and being slim, but she definitely NOT fat. She's beautifully carved into delicious curves.
