Diet pill.. opinions?

So, there is this popular diet pill being talked about everywhere. Garcinia Combogia and Natural Cleanse. Have any opinions about it?
& the natural cleanse is a colon cleanse, so will that make me go to the bathroom A lot? I'm in high school, so I don't want it to affect me at school.

Depending on the ingredients of them... most of them aren't properly studied. Most common side effect would be a thyroid problem.
Also It could make you gain more weight after you stop taking them, you could get kidney problem, it could cause insomnia.. It could prevent you from growing taller (and or regenerating tissues-if you have cuts, slow healing time... etc)
Do not take diet pills. Seriously :(

If diet pills worked them every person on the planet would be skinny.
I did take a natural colon cleanse because I have naturally bad digestion but unless that's the case, but I didn't really lose any weight on it (maybe a pound because there was less shit inside me)
But seriously they target off of your lack of knowledge about the pills

Not that much, but I've always been bad at processing complex or processed foods. But if you poop regularly now then there's no reason to change
