I don't know this pill. But be weary of pills and any substances that will magically make you loose weight. See if it's a legal approved pill. If not, it might harm you. In any case, a pill will just give you a small boost. It doesn't mean you 'll eat a lot and you 'll loose weight. And there are natural products that can help, without resorting to pills and making diet businesses richer.

Just know that weight loss is about 80% what you eat. You can easily lose weight without exercise until you plateau by eating a clean diet.

Don't get me wrong I don't eat the best but actually I hardly eat at all 1 meal a day way less then I burn and am still fat as shit 6'3 330 lbs hints why my kegs hurt to walk plus not to be a cry baby like it is going to sound but when you feed a 4 person family on one paycheck it is very expensive to eat right I don't have the kind of money for food so ya wow is me lol

Pills do not work. Then can only make you feel 'full'. You need to eat less then you burn. Found out your daily needs and then just subtract 200 calories from that. Make sure you recalculate every 2 weeks

If a pill could make you skinny, then everyone would be skinny.
Ask any fit person if they take pills and they'll tell you they don't and that their body is the result of diet and exercise

You don't need to go crazy okay. A lot of people think you have to follow these super strict diet and exercise programs that models follow. But I don't think your training to be a model, probably just a healthy guy.
I've read many articles that say jut 15 mins of walking causes showed significant improvement in health for older patients.
And eating healthy is get a medium sized platE. Make half fresh fruit and veg, 1/4 complex carb and a. Protein the size of your palm
